ORB identifies the price range formed during the opening period of a trading session (e.g., the first 30 minutes of NYSE open at 9:30 AM ET). When price breaks decisively above or below this range, the bot enters a trade in the breakout direction with predefined stop loss and take profit levels. It's one of the oldest and most robust mechanical strategies in trading.
